Naoko Ohta will be making a brief visit to Kuala Lumpur to present a talk at Level 3, ILHAM Gallery on 15 December 2018 in conjunction with the exhibition Two Mountains Photography Project 3.0
1.RE-VISIT : Two Mountains Photography Project 2013-2018
Join Naoko Ohta, co-curator of the Two Mountains Photography Project as she revisits the original mission and concept of the project, with a walkthrough of the gallery highlighting the photo works of the Japanese photographers in greater detail.
2.CONTEMPORARY JAPANESE PHOTOGRAPHY and TOKYO CURIOSITY 2018-2020 by TOKYO-GA
Naoko will also share her extensive knowledge and views on contemporary Japanese photography, its current movements and where it is heading in the future. She will report on her current project called TOKYO CURIOSITY 2018 -2020 which involves over 40 photographers, which has travelled from Japan to Paris and Berlin; and about the future possibilities of collaboration between TOKYO-GA and KL-GA programs involving Malaysian photographers
